About this product
Engineered to do one job well.
M-Lock Pro is a modular anti-fatigue tile system designed for prolonged standing in the toughest environments — workstations exposed to oils, greases, and industrial fluids. Each 91 × 91 cm tile is 17 mm thick 100% nitrile ESD-compliant rubber with an elephant-skin top surface optimised to ease pivoting and protect knee comfort.
Like M-Lock Comfort, the tiles click together and lock in with a dab of standard super glue, building to any footprint and finishing with male and female safety ramps. The nitrile compound adds the moisture, oil, and chemical resistance that natural rubber can't offer, so the same modular system can run from a clean assembly cell straight into an oily machining bay.

Quick to fit, easy to maintain.
REACH compliant, recyclable rubber
- Prepare your surface: the floor must be clean, dry, and free of dust or grease before assembly.
- Place your tiles: click the tiles and edge pieces together to build the work area. For a secure assembly, apply a small amount of standard super glue to the connector heads before inserting them into the tiles and ramps.
- Routine cleaning: sweep or vacuum to remove dust and debris.
- Use manual cleaning equipment only. Do not use ride-on floor cleaning machines.
