Frequently asked questions
Is membership really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no subscription. Joining is signing in with your email address: we send you a 6-digit code and that's it.
How does the 10% work?
Sign in before you check out and 10% comes off the products on your first online card order, whatever its size. It's shown in your basket and applied at checkout automatically, so there's no code to enter. Delivery is not discounted.
Does it apply to quotes?
No. Membership discounts apply to online card orders. Quoted projects, installs and purchase-order orders are priced by our team directly.
Do the 10% and 5% add together?
No. Your first online order gets 10%. Once you're an approved trade member, every order after that gets 5%.
Will you fill my inbox?
Only if you ask us to. Marketing emails are opt-in when you join, and you can switch them off in your account at any time.
