About this product

M-Lock Comfort is a modular anti-fatigue tile system designed for prolonged standing, providing ergonomic support while adapting to any workstation layout. Each 91 × 91 cm tile is 17 mm thick natural ESD-compliant rubber with an elephant-skin top surface optimised to ease pivoting and protect knee comfort.
Tiles click together — and lock in with a dab of standard super glue on the connector heads — so you can build a mat to the exact footprint of a bench, cell, or walkway, then finish the perimeter with male and female safety ramps. Quick to assemble, easy to maintain, and fully recyclable at end of life.

Quick to fit, easy to maintain.
REACH compliant, recyclable rubber
- Prepare your surface: the floor must be clean, dry, and free of dust or grease before assembly.
- Place your tiles: click the tiles and edge pieces together to build the work area. For a secure assembly, apply a small amount of standard super glue to the connector heads before inserting them into the tiles and ramps.
- Routine cleaning: sweep or vacuum to remove dust and debris.
- Use manual cleaning equipment only. Do not use ride-on floor cleaning machines.
