The M5 Anti-Fatigue Workstation Kit is a pre-sized M5 workstation footprint from the M5 range. Instead of working out tile counts yourself, you order one kit sized to the workstation and get a ready-made area of modular interlocking anti-fatigue matting.

It is made for positions where someone stands in one place for long stretches, such as assembly benches, packing stations and machine-side work. Because the tiles interlock, the kit sits as one footprint and can be lifted and relaid if the workstation moves.

Three footprints are available: 112 x 112 cm, 158 x 112 cm and 249 x 112 cm, all 2.5 cm thick. Pick the smallest size that covers the operator’s standing area at a single workstation. The 249 x 112 cm kit suits longer stations; delivery for that size is confirmed by our team before you order. Samples can be requested before you order, and we can quote for multiple workstations.

Where it’s used

• Welding and hot-works bays. Classified Cfl-s2 for reaction to fire (EN 13501-1).
• Assembly lines and production benches. Tiles build to the exact footprint of a line and lift out when it changes.
• Machine shops and fabrication. A modular floor that can be relaid around machinery rather than replaced.
• Packing and dispatch stations. Pre-sized workstation kits drop straight in, one box per station.
