About this product
The M5 Heavy Duty ESD Tile is the ESD version of our M5 heavy-duty tile, intended for static-sensitive work areas such as electronics assembly and repair. It is part of the Heavy Duty Safety Flooring family within the M5 range, in the same 46 x 46 x 2.5 cm format as the rest of the heavy-duty tiles.
M5 tiles interlock, so you can build a mat to any footprint and reconfigure it when your layout changes. Each tile covers roughly 0.21 square metres, and a box of 6 covers about 1.3 square metres.
Do not confuse this tile with the other M5 heavy-duty tiles: the standard tile has a plain top and the gritted tile has a gritted top surface, but only this variant is the ESD product. Matching M5 ESD edging is available to finish exposed edges.

This is the ESD version of the M5 heavy-duty tile, intended for static-sensitive work areas. The standard M5 Heavy Duty Tile has a plain top and the gritted version has a gritted top surface; neither is an ESD product.
How much floor does one tile cover?
Each 46 x 46 cm tile covers roughly 0.21 square metres, so a box of 6 covers about 1.3 square metres.
Is there matching edging?
Yes. Matching M5 ESD edging is available in the shop to ramp the tiles down to floor level.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are available on request. If you have specific ESD requirements for your workspace, contact us and we will advise.
